How does my alarm system work?

The alarm system may be armed in the 'Away' or 'Stay' mode. Once activated, each monitored zone can recognize a violation and dials Wolfe Security Systems to transmit the message.

How do I disarm my system?

You will receive a master reset code during installation, which is crucial for disarming the system. If you lose your code, we can guide you through the disarming process.

I set off my alarm by accident, now what do I do?

If you have your unique code, you can reset the system. If you do not have it, call (303) 439-9450 for a remote reset.

Why is my motion sensor providing false detections?

False alarms can occur due to improper installation or objects moving within the sensor's range. If false detections continue, our technicians may need to adjust the sensor.

If I lose electric power, will my alarm system still work?

Yes, the back-up battery will activate to maintain your alarm protection during a power loss. If the battery is low, a signal will be sent to our monitoring center.

How can I report a problem?

Once you sign into your account, click on 'Report Problem' and our team will respond to your ticket within 24 - 48 hours.

What are the hours for technical support?

We have live technical support available 7 days a week. Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM MST and Saturday to Sunday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM MST.

When can I receive installation support?

Installation support is available Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM MDT.
