You will receive a master reset code during installation, which is crucial for disarming the system. If you lose your code, we can guide you through the disarming process.

If you have your unique code, you can reset the system. If you do not have it, call (303) 439-9450 for a remote reset.

False alarms can occur due to improper installation or objects moving within the sensor's range. If false detections continue, our technicians may need to adjust the sensor.

Yes, the back-up battery will activate to maintain your alarm protection during a power loss. If the battery is low, a signal will be sent to our monitoring center.
