Call the Central Monitoring Station at 1-800-434-4000 to put your system on test. Provide your account code and passcode. Arm your system and set it off for at least 30 seconds, then disarm it. Call back to check if the signal was received.

How often should I test my system?

You should test your system regularly, at least once a month.

What should I do if my system did not send a signal?

If the Central Station did not receive a signal from your system, please notify us.
