It is very important to notify Surrounded by Security of any changes in your personal information such as a change in phone number or service carrier. Please call the office at 1-866-788-0998.

Using your keypad, first enter your old 4 digit code, then press 802, followed by your new four digit code twice.
help_outline How do I add a secondary user code?
To add a new secondary user code, enter your main code, then 803, and enter a new 4 digit code.
help_outline What is the difference between "STAY" mode and "AWAY" mode when you arm your system?
In STAY mode, only the perimeter is secured. In AWAY mode, motion sensors are activated in addition to the perimeter.
help_outline How can I make my alarm panel "talk" when doors or windows are opened?
Enter your four digit code, then press 9 on the keypad to turn on or off chime mode.

Press the # key and 2 to start, then press 3 to increase the volume or 6 to decrease it.

You will need a service call to replace the battery, or you can request guidance over the phone to change it yourself.
