help_outline I have an existing security system, can you take over and monitor my system?
Most systems can be monitored by Global Security. If you don't have an existing dual path communicator, we will need to add one.
help_outline Should I use hardwire or wireless alarm sensors?
A hardwired alarm system is reliable, easy to maintain and best for large premises. A wireless system is easy and faster to install and runs on lithium batteries which must be replaced. Both options have their pros and cons. One of our technical can guide you to select the best option for your needs.
help_outline My existing security system is end of life and needs to be upgraded, where do I start?
Global Security is highly experienced with upgrades. We will complete a comprehensive audit and provide you with a plan to upgrade your system along with information on our solutions.
help_outline We are moving into a new premises and there is an existing alarm, can we use the existing system and have you monitor same?
In most cases we can connect an existing system to our monitoring station. As part of this connection, we will test all devices to ensure they are operational. Any devices found to be faulty will need to be replaced. Our team will provide you with a report and quote for us to correct any faults.

We provide a unified solution which allows you to centrally manage your security system.

Yes, we can provide you with a platform to manage your employee user codes. You can easily add, delete or modify user codes at multiple locations.
help_outline We would like to monitor our fire alarm system, do I need two POTS lines?
We are able to monitor fire alarms via POTS line or via IP & LTE. POTS is being phased out so we strongly recommend our dual path IP & LTE communicators.

Our monitoring service is backed by two monitoring stations that are equipped with multiple layers of redundancy that are UL certified, FM approved, Five Diamond Certified and IQ Certified.

Yes, we offer an intuitive mobile app for arming your security system from your mobile device. In addition, the app also allows you to check activity and manage user codes.
