How do I reset my security camera?

To reset your security camera, power cycle it by turning it off, waiting for 20-30 seconds, and then turning it back on.

Most sensors use CR123A or CR2032/CR2025 batteries. Disarm your system, open the sensor cover, replace the battery, and test the sensor.

Disarm your system, open the panel, disconnect the old battery, connect the new battery, close the panel, then test the system.

If you recently had a power outage, your battery may take time to recharge. If not, it may need replacing.

If you've changed internet settings, schedule a service call to reconfigure your cameras.
