To install a Video Guard Pro system, you only need to provide 120 VAC power. Everything is self-contained in the unit, so you simply plug it in.

Do you need access to my network?

No, we do not need access to your network. All of our units come with a 4G LTE modem for remote access without being connected to your network.

My location doesn't have power, can we still use your device?

Yes, we offer a solar powered unit that can be utilized at sites without power access.

Can I view my cameras remotely?

Yes, you can connect to the Video Guard Pro device and view your cameras remotely. However, since there are data limits with 4G LTE, we suggest that if you plan to monitor your cameras for extended periods, you plug into your network.

How long does it take to build my unit?

Our Video Guard Pro units are custom built to meet client needs, with an approximate turnaround time of about 2 weeks from order to installation.

Do the devices have batteries?
