We cover all service work with a 30-Day 'No Questions Asked' Warranty, addressing any issues that arise within this period.

Do old and new computers need to be on the same support contract?

If a supported computer is being replaced, there is no need for both to be under contract, as long as labor costs for moving to the new PC are covered under the existing contract.
