Yes, you may be charged after three false alarms by your local police department. You can prevent this from happening simply by waiting for us to call you and ask for your password.

What should I do if my alarm system has troubleshooting issues?

Help prevent false alarms by ensuring your door is shut. If you have pets, make sure your motion detector is pet immune. If a pre-alarm signal quits working, press function 4 to reset on most keypads. If beeping occurs with a check system light, try function 9 and reset.
