Please reach out to your reseller for assistance in resetting your password. Ensure to change the password on your DVR/NVR after logging in.

I entered my password but it says ‘The user has been locked.’

If you enter the wrong password too many times, you will have to wait 30 minutes before trying again.

Can I view the cameras on a PC?

Yes, you can access the IP camera or DVR/NVR through Internet Explorer. PSS can be used to view multiple cameras from different locations.

Can I view the cameras on a MAC?

Yes, the web service for the IP camera or DVR/NVR can be accessed via Safari. You can download the Mac version of PSS from our website.

What app is available for smartphones?

For Apple, the app is iDMSS, and for Android smartphones, it is gDMSS.

How do I access the IP camera or DVR/NVR from the internet?

Ensure that TCP ports 80 and 37777 are forwarded in your router/modem.

I cannot view the cameras when I log into the Web Service through Internet Explorer.

Check that ActiveX is enabled in Internet Explorer and install any necessary controls that are prompted.
