How long has your company been in business?

We have been providing quality installations, service and monitoring since 1985.

How many installations have you done?

We have installed over 5,000 systems for homes, businesses and local government buildings.

Do you use sub-contractors or are your technicians company employees?

We only use company employees to perform our installations and servicing. Each technician is highly trained in the latest technology with training from the manufacturer as well as in-house classes.

Will my system be wired or wireless and will I see any wiring?

Most modern systems today are wireless using the latest technology, 2-way sensor communication, and 128-bit encryption. These systems have longer battery life and are smaller in size. If wires do need to be run, they will generally be concealed in the walls.

Does your company carry insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured, bonded, and licensed by the state of New Jersey. An insurance certificate is available upon request.

How is my system monitored?

Your system sends an alarm signal to the central station wirelessly via either AT&T or Verizon LTE cellular and the system is also connected to your home or business Wi-Fi Network for redundancy. Our central station partner Rapid Response monitors your system 24 hours a day from one of 3 redundant facilities.

What brand of equipment do you use?

For our home and business security systems, we use the very best-in-class manufacturer - Johnson Controls (JCI). They offer several equipment lines, including the DSC NEO and Qolsys IQ4.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Our systems are covered by either a 1-year or 3-year parts and labor warranty depending on which system is installed. We also offer worry-free service contracts covering all parts and labor.

Will I own my system 100%?

Yes, once the system is installed you own the system and all equipment; we do not lease systems. The only ongoing payment is for your 24-hour central station monitoring.

How many technicians will perform my installation and how long will it take?

A typical installation is performed by 1 or 2 technicians and is usually completed in one day.

What happens if I lose power in my home or business?

All our systems have a battery back-up that provides 24 hours of standby power to keep the system running even when the power is out.
