We provide a one-year full guarantee from the date of installation. Before this period expires, we will contact you to arrange a FREE service inspection of your system. After that, you can opt for an additional year's Maintenance Contract, payable by Credit or Debit Card on site.

The monitored alarms connect to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) that operates 24/7. Your alarm sends signals to the ARC, which verifies them and acts accordingly, including alerting you or contacting the police.

Yes, we recommend using the night settings. Our system allows for full, part, and night settings, enabling you to move around specific areas while keeping the rest of your home alarmed.

We can usually arrange a site survey within one to two days, and installations are typically scheduled within seven days after acceptance.
