What if I don't have (or want) a landline phone?

Not a problem. We offer cell devices that can be used to send the signal straight to your cell device, eliminating the need for a landline.

Do you offer digital keypads that work with my smartphone?

Yes, we do! You can add smartphone compatibility for a monthly fee.

How much do you charge for a repair call?

Our repair calls are free as long as you own your system and have it monitored by our company, with the exception of batteries and some extras.

What happens if I accidentally set off my alarm?

The monitoring station will call your home to verify if there’s an emergency and will not dispatch personnel if it's an accidental alarm.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, you can choose to pay upfront and avoid signing a contract.
