help_outline I have my own equipment, do you install this?
Unfortunately, no. We are authorized and certified by Hikvision to supply and install their products. Without using our equipment, we can't guarantee our usual support and warranty.
help_outline How fast does my broadband need to be?
For Standard Definition streaming, at least a 0.5mb service is needed. For High Definition or multiple streams, we recommend anything above 2mb, ideally a 10M Fibre Optic broadband.
help_outline What happens on the day you install my CCTV system?
We will arrive at your home before the scheduled time, assess risk areas, plan cable routing, and start the installation. Installation of up to 8 cameras typically completes in a day.
help_outline Can I view the cameras from my phone or tablet?
Yes, all our systems support remote viewing, which we enable during installation, assuming your internet connection allows it.
help_outline What happens when the work is complete?
After installation, we provide a demonstration and detailed instructions. We are available for assistance anytime, including remote adjustments with your permission.

Yes, cameras have infrared lights around the lens that cast invisible light, allowing night vision.
help_outline Do you charge VAT/Tax on any purchase?
CCTV packages are VAT exempt. Other accessories incur 15% VAT, so VAT registered customers should provide their VAT number for claims.

The package includes cameras, DVR/NVR, certified Hikvision Cat6 cable, high-quality PVC piping, junction boxes, delivery, and other accessories.
