help_outline How Does Remote Connect 2.0 Work?
Available on most newer alarm panels, Remote Access allows remote control to your alarm system via your smartphone or internet connection. If you are going away on vacation or will be out of town, call us, and we will alert our monitoring company.
help_outline How do I get started with my keypad?
Your user code is the 4-digit code that you assigned at the time of installation. This code is used to arm and disarm your device.
help_outline How do I put my system in 'test mode'?
Call our central station at 215-969-3711, provide your account number and passcode, and inform them you want to put your system 'on test'.
help_outline How do I establish my call list?
A Call List is the people you'd like contacted by our monitoring station after an alarm activation. You'll receive a call to set this up once your account is created.
help_outline What do I do during a false alarm?
Our monitoring company will call your call list in order. If there's no response, the police are dispatched; fire alarms automatically summon help.
help_outline What happens during a power outage?
Your system is equipped with a backup battery that should last between 6 to 24 hours depending on the size.
help_outline How do I replace batteries?
When the battery is low, 'low bat' will appear on the keypad. Contact us to send new batteries, and we'll cover the shipping costs.

We bill for monitoring every 6 months or annually and accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, or money orders.
help_outline My keypad is beeping. What do I do?
Check the keypad for messages. If multiple alerts display, press the star (*) key to cycle through them.
