Not necessarily. While prior experience in security can be advantageous, we are open to training candidates without it as long as they fit our core values.
help_outline What are the requirements to apply at CMP?
Basic requirements include a minimum age of 18, proof of eligibility to work in the US, a high school diploma or GED, a reliable means of transportation, and fluency in English.
help_outline What permits or certifications will I need?
You will need a valid California driver’s license, BSIS Certification, and a Firearms Permit if applying for armed positions. CPR & First Aid certification is also desirable.
