help_outline Is it my responsibility to test my alarm system, and if so how do I test it?
Yes, it is your responsibility to test your alarm system. Most systems are programmed to send a test signal every 24 hours. To test it thoroughly, contact our Central Station at (305) 238-0800, place your account on test, arm your system, deliberately trigger the alarm, and then verify with Central Station whether the signal was received.
help_outline I need to change my user code, can you change it for me?
Yes, we can assist you with changing your user codes during normal business hours. You can contact our customer care department or change it yourself using your alarm keypad with the manual.
help_outline How do I change the people on my emergency call list?
You can change your emergency call list by contacting us at (305) 253-5162, faxing us at (305) 341-3980, or emailing us. A valid security password is required for any changes.
help_outline My alarm was triggered by mistake, what do I do now?
Enter your code to disarm the system. Our Central Station should contact you for verification. If you do not receive a call within 60 seconds, contact the Central Station at (305) 238-0800 to cancel the police.
help_outline I accidentally triggered my alarm and now it will not arm again, what’s wrong?
This may be due to your system being in memory mode after an alarm was triggered. Reset the display by pressing the ‘reset key’ or ‘9’ on older systems.
help_outline How do I add an additional code to my alarm system?
Contact our support department during business hours for assistance or download your user manual online to add codes yourself.
help_outline What is the difference between Stay and Away?
Stay: Normal exit doors are armed with exit and entry delays removed; motion detectors are bypassed. Away: Normal exit doors have exit and entry delays working, motion detectors are active.
help_outline What are your normal service hours?
Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Emergency service is available after hours for active customers.
