help_outline I mailed my payment. Why does my new invoice show a previous balance due?
Billings for monitoring are generated on the first business day of each month. If your payment was not received prior to the first of the month, it was not posted to your account prior to the next billing.
help_outline Can I make one annual payment instead of a monthly payment?
Yes. Contact our bookkeeping department at 800-233-4530 to advise them you want to change your account billing schedule. You may choose to be billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. If you pay annually, you will receive one month free.
