I was really impressed with the remote computer setup and printer configuration done by Kevin. Other IT professionals told me it couldn't be done, but he made it happen! Their responsiveness is top-notch, especially when working from home. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I appreciate that they prioritize honesty over profits - they recommended a $45 wifi connector instead of charging me $400. Highly recommend!
