First-time users should select 'Click to pay now,' fill in the necessary fields, and include your customer or invoice number if available. You can pay via credit card or e-check and may set up a username and password for easier future transactions.

If your service light is on, it indicates a problem. Please call us immediately.
help_outline How much is my monitoring fee?
Monitoring rates vary based on your service plan. For landline services through Century Link or Spectrum, the rate is $48 per quarter or $176 per year (paying ahead gives you one month free). For cellular communicator service, the rate is $66 per quarter or $242 annually (also offering one month free). If you use a cellular communicator with interactive Smartphone monitoring, the rate is $78 quarterly or $286 yearly.

Alarm activity signals are received by Security Central, a nationwide 24/7 monitoring station. We do not receive any activity. To place your system on test, contact us or reach out directly to Security Central at (800) 438-4171 if we are unavailable.
