I visited the Penrith store to arrange a BIOS flash for my motherboard, which had arrived with an outdated BIOS incompatible with my Ryzen 5. I called in at 9 AM, and by 11 AM, the issue was resolved for just over £20. They offered to show me that the PC was functional if I requested it before paying.

I called at 9 AM and everything was sorted by 11 AM for just slightly over £20. They are more than willing to show that the PC has been repaired, provided you ask before settling the bill.
