Our service window is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM or 12 PM to 4 PM, with a 24-hour emergency line available at 410-995-6304.

Check if the alert is from your security smoke detectors or electrical ones. Only security smoke detectors can dispatch emergency services.

Free battery replacement and servicing are provided if you are a monitored customer.

If moving to an area we service, renewing with a new 3-year agreement allows you to avoid paying the remaining balance of your current contract.
