help_outline I don’t have internet set up in my house yet, can I still use Ajax?
Yes, you can use a SIM card in the Hub of the Ajax systems if you don’t have internet. It's advisable to have both; if the internet goes down, the SIM card acts as a backup. The alarms system can still operate as a noisemaker, and you can arm or deactivate it using the Ajax SpaceControl.
help_outline What is the difference between a MotionProtect, MotionProtect Plus, and a CombiProtect?
The MotionProtect detects human presence with a passive infrared sensor. MotionProtect Plus adds a microwave sensor to minimize interference from curtains, air conditioners, and light glares. CombiProtect combines both a motion detector and a glass break detector.
help_outline What is the difference between a Hub and a Hub Plus?
The standard Hub connects to 100 devices and supports up to 15 hours of backup battery. The Hub Plus connects to 150 devices, uses an internet router, Wi-Fi, and/or two SIM cards, with a slightly longer backup battery life of 16 hours.

Unfortunately, we only supply the products and do not offer installation services. However, you can engage a professional security installer or handle the installation yourself.
