How do I update my account information?

To update your information, Alarm.com customers can log into the app or website for automatic updates to the monitoring center. Other customers should contact our office for assistance.

How do I request a service call?

You can request a service call using our Service Request form. For emergency repairs, please call (833) 833-4200.

How do I get an insurance discount?

Insurance companies often provide discounts for monitored alarm systems. After installation, we provide a monitoring certificate for you to present to your insurer.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we offer various financing solutions. Residential clients can use Sunbit or Paypal, while commercial clients have access to AlarmCredit and Paypal.

What discounts do you offer?

We provide discounts for prepaid monitoring, senior citizens, public servants, and non-profit organizations. Each discount cannot be combined.

Can you monitor my existing system?

Yes, we can monitor your existing system as long as it's not locked by another monitoring company.

What is your service reconnect fee?

A $50 reconnect fee applies if your account was disconnected due to non-payment.

Do I need an alarm permit?

Most jurisdictions require alarm system registration. Check with your local law enforcement agency for specific regulations.
