While the deterrent boxes seem to help, I was hoping for a bit more engagement from customer service after the installation. Overall, the product is good; I just had higher expectations on support.

The deterrent box we installed has proven effective. Our concerns about vandalism have significantly decreased. The service was professional, and I appreciated the technology support aspect.
